The two story-office has an open concept and gallery space to show off their product. The second floor includes a large, modern outdoor space to be enjoyed by employees year-round. In addition to the office, the building includes 220,000 square feet of warehouse and production with the latest in green technologies and dust collection. The building was named NAIOP Colorado’s Industrial Project of the Year in 2020.
