Our Founder, Don Berry, believed in a work-life balance long before it was trending on social media. He founded his own company, in part, to try to bring that balance to his own life as well as create it for his employees. Don fostered an atmosphere that allowed his employees to make their own families and personal lives a priority. He wanted Peak to be a place people enjoyed working and felt they were part of a team. Peak continues to work to create that feeling of community with our team. From hiking 14ers, to bowling competitions, summer picnics, and the legendary family holiday party, we are always looking for new and creative ways to connect outside the office.
