About Nicole:
Nicole has been with Peak since 2003. She is a managing partner with the firm and has been a shareholder since 2018. Nicole has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. While managing the business, she is still very involved in the engineering and production side of things. She has extensive design and analysis experience with a wide variety of building and material types. Nicole is known for her willingness to work with clients and contractors to find efficient and elegant solutions to a multitude of design and construction challenges. She embodies the core values of Peak in her work to design and manage quality designs with input and collaboration from the contractor and other design disciplines.
When Nicole’s Not Engineering:
Nicole’s interest in building and construction started as a kid. Her parents were the original weekend warriors. Her father has mad DIY skills and she and her brother were cheap labor for all his projects. By the time she was twelve, she had learned how to build walls, hang insulation, install electrical fixtures and mud drywall. With this hands-on experience and her love of math and science, she found herself gravitating towards building design.
When she is not busy with work, Nicole enjoys traveling the world with her husband and two kids. She is the ultimate soccer/volleyball/scuba mom and likes nothing more than watching her kids succeed. Nicole has been known to do just about anything for her kids – including getting scuba certified so her daughter could swim with bull sharks at age 12! But she still refuses to ski moguls no matter how many times they say, “please.”
