Lowry Medical Office Building
Located in Southeast Metro Denver, this colorful building is a modern take on the medical office building. The clever design allows for one level of below grade parking, one level of at grade parking and two stories of high-end office. Using conventional cast-in-place concrete for the parking levels allowed for the creation of multiple outdoor patio spaces to be enjoyed by employees and patrons. The top two stories are conventional steel framing in combination with multiple façade materials to create the unique look. The building was named one of ENR Mountain States 2019 Regional Best Projects.
