Karcher U.S. Headquarters
This Award Winning building is located in Aurora, Colorado and was constructed in 2019. It serves as the US Headquarters for Karcher. The building consists of a 3-story office component and 270,000 S.F. of warehouse and production space. The structural system is concrete tilt-up walls with conventional steel floors and roof. A full height interior tilt-up wall separates the office space from the warehouse to help achieve the proper fire ratings and meet insulation requirements. The tilt-up wall was turned into an architectural feature in the office space and incorporated a form liner to create a rustic, board look for the exposed concrete wall.
